Everything Lettings offers a specialist Out-Of-Hours call handling service for the lettings industry. Our solution helps lettings professionals provide a duty of care for tenants and Landlords whilst increasing work-life balance. Once in place we can guarantee your properties will be looked after Monday to Thursday from 6pm - 9am and from Friday at 6pm through to Monday at 9am (including weekend and bank holidays)

 

Our specialised call handling service is manned by highly trained and experienced property management professionals and consultants. We believe this expertise is vital when determining if a contractor is required to attend out of hours or not, as we do not like to incur cost for our clients if they can be avoided.
On all emergency and non-emergency calls, we can provide an update of the call, and if a message has been left this can be forwarded on via e-mail or MP3 recording the following working day. What’s more, for those clients that really can’t switch off, updates are available via our web based portal 24/7/365 that covers details of the call and the action taken.

We offer two Out-Of-Hours solutions:

Standard: for a set monthly fee:

Everything Lettings call handlers available from Monday to Thursday from 6pm - 9am and from Friday at 6pm through to Monday at 9am (including weekend and bank holidays) working to set service standards and call out rates

 

Premium:

This includes our Out Of Hours Standard service but also incorporates our Emergency Assist Policy.
